What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, organisation, phone number if you give one, and your message. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to discuss whether and how we can work together. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry is recorded in Zoho CRM, the customer relationship system that stores it on our behalf. Only Kapio can see it.
How long we keep it
While we are in contact with you about your enquiry. We delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@kapio.me and we will reply within two working days.
